recession can be downright depressing. But a small glimmer of optimism
can be found in every negative headline. With every new challenge
comes opportunity for growth, for change, for improvement. In these
difficult times, the relationships we have with our friends, family and
associates make all the difference.
I know how important our role is in helping you meet someone
for the right relationship and we are committed to seeing the job
through. That's why I have increased our advertising campaigns by 20%
this quarter, expanded our member success hours and invested more money
on our software application so we can provide you with a more user
friendly experience. Greatness doesn't happen over night. Greatness
happens minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day. Every minute of
